A specially manufactured silver plate with photo-synthetically implemented figures (moon, star, car, elephant) is to be viewed by the test person.

If the test candidate is able to recognize all four items at a range of 40 cm without moving his head and without significant hesitation his 3-D-vision in the near sight is not impaired.Elsewise, additional tests are recommended.
